FAQs

What time does the event start?

The event starts at 10:30 Central European Time (CEST). To find out the exact time for your timezone, please compare your timezone to CEST (countries on CEST include France, Germany and Spain).

What do I need to do to attend the event?

The event will take place on zoom so you will ideally need to download zoom on your computer (although you can usually join from a browser too). You will need a strong internet connection.

What happens once I’ve registered for the event?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details you have filled in the form. We will then email you about a week before the event with the zoom details, including the link to join. We recommend you save this to your calendar so that you don’t forget!

Can I invite a colleague to the event?

Of course – the more the merrier! Please do send the link to this page on to your colleagues and they will be able to register too. Alternatively, you can also register on their behalf.

I can’t attend the live event – can I sign up for the recording?

Yes. When you sign up, you are given the chance to choose between the live event and the recording. Just click that you wish to view the recording and we will send it to you shortly after the event. If you haven’t received the recording a week after the event, please do get in touch.

I will attend the live event but I would also like to see the recording – will that be possible?

Definitely. We will send out the recording to everyone who signs up.

Can I ask questions to the author during the event?

Yes. We ask you to put all questions to the author in the Q&A box on zoom. There will be no chance to switch on cameras/microphones to ask questions as the event is more like a webinar than a zoom meeting, but please do come ready with questions for the Q&A box.

If I have questions about the titles after the event, who should I ask?

After the event, we will send out the recording and an order form listing all titles that we mention in the video. If you have any queries or wish to make an order, you can get in touch with your Sales Manager or contact us via the Contact page on our website.
