Dame Hilary Mantel was one of Britain’s most accomplished, acclaimed and garlanded writers. She was the author of thirteen books, including ‘A Place of Greater Safety’, ‘Beyond Black’, and the memoir ‘Giving Up the Ghost’. Her two most recent novels, ‘Wolf Hall’ and its sequel ‘Bring Up the Bodies’ have both been awarded The Man Booker Prize. The final book in this trilogy, ‘The Mirror and the Light’ was published worldwide on 5th March 2020.
Dame Hilary Mantel will always be remembered as a truly original writer. She leaves behind a remarkable body of work which inspires readers around the world.
